Adding New Accounts for an Existing Account User

Each billing account must have a unique Email address used for Account Portal Login and to receive notifications for the domains and services for that account.

Most people have ONE account that they manage multiple domains and services however if you have a need to add another billing account for a separate entity our system will not permit signup using an email address already in use in any other account as the primary email or sub account email and would throw an error " that email address already exists".

To avoid this error you can either  signup for the new account using an alternate email address OR create a variant of your current email known as a PLUS email address so our billing system don't think you are a pre-existing account user.

Plus email addressing is where you add a + and then some alpha numeric value after your email name example if your email is bob22@gmail.com you can create bob22+2@gmail.com or bob22+me@gmail.com and use it to as the email for your new account and all notifications and payment receipts and support tickets  will be sent to the new plus email and your email provider will still send the mail to you as normal.  Just remember that you must use the new plus email when singing into the new account and the original email for your pre-existing account.
